In order to receive a certificate for your professional development hours while viewing the workshops, you must login through the Portal every time you want to start a new viewing session. Please make sure that you use the same email and name that you registered with for the Virtual Bash. There is no official "logout". Once you exit the Virtual Bash platform, you will need to login again before continuing with the professional development hours. Logging in through the Portal helps us track your time with the platform.

• Since every state's certification process is not exactly the same, we cannot guarantee that the certificate will be valid in every individual state.

• You may only submit your hours for a certificate 1 time, so make sure that you have completed all of your chosen workshops before sending the initial email request. You can not add additional hours after the initial request. Remember that the Virtual Bash will close on December 31, 2024.

• Here are the specific directions for the certificate request:

1. After viewing all of your workshops, send an email request for your certificate to rechargedcommunity@gmail.com . Make sure that you list your full name and all of the sessions that you have viewed. Our team will then validate your request and send the certificate within 7 days.

2. If you have not received a response within 1 week, please send a text to 302-492-5117. Make sure that you leave your name and state why you are sending the message. We offer this as a back up, because occasionally email requests do not always land in the inbox.
